We have a fit first approach to our custom builds as we believe this is the best way to achieve perfection in fit, handling and design for your dream bike. We will be designing the bike from your contact points in space, tune the geometry based on your feedback and requirements and have a first draft of your design for the frame builder to base his work on.

During the fit and consultation you will be briefed on fit parameters and geometry design and how they work together to design a custom bike that is uniquely yours. We are happy to share our knowledge and experience and guide you through the decision making process. Nothing is off the table and all options will be presented backed by data and experience.

Finally, brainstorming and developing design ideas and inspiration for your perfect paint scheme to help give your bike its distinct personality – a bike truly yours in fit, handling and looks.

• 1. SECURE A BUILD SLOT

  Depending on your choice of builder and frame, lead times can be as short as 12 weeks or up to 8 months. We require a 50% deposit to secure a build slot so that the queue starts from payment. This gives us time to arrange for the fit and consultation and getting the design right while waiting for the spot to be ready.

• 2. CUSTOM FIT & CONSULTATION

  We will schedule a custom bike fit and consultation to ensure that you get the fit you need with the handling you demand with the aesthetics you want. It may take more than one session and we will have you on both the Retul Muve as well as on your current bike if possible.

• 3. BUILD, CHECK & RIDE!

  Your new bike has arrived! Our pro mechanics will assemble and fine tune everything ready for you. A follow up fit will be arranged to dial in any final details. At this final stage, the remaining 50% payment is due, and all that’s left to do is ride and enjoy your new pride and joy!
